It was originated on May 17th, 1984 in the United States Senate by the Joint resolution 298 sponsored by Senator Walter Dee Huddleston of Kentucky and Joint resolution 543 in the United States House of Representatives sponsored by Representative Kika de la Garza of Texas on April 11th, 1984. It was then signed into public law for July to be National Ice Cream Month and the 3rd Sunday of July to be National Ice Cream Day.
So, we are going to celebrate National Ice Cream Month by hustling! We will work hard and eat ice cream really hard on our National Ice Cream Month coworking day!
